Cool Your Angry Thoughts

Ask yourself, “What am I thinking?”

“How do I feel?”

“Is it important enough to verbalize?”

 

 

“Can I put it in perspective?”

If you can cool your thoughts and ask these questions, it will change your behavior, which in turn, will change the outcome of the situation.
